Japanese rice ball brand Hogure is bringing their signature Onigiri to Apollo Bagels in the West Village this Saturday. This collab is guaranteed to take your tastebuds on a trip across the Pacific Ocean, while maintaining a touch of home as well. Special ingredients like Apollo Bagels’ signature smoked salmon will be paired with Japanese rice cooked in a Japanese clay pot and assembled neatly within leaves of nori right in front of you. Rice balls and bagels aren’t so different after all.

Elbow Bread is teaming up with S&P to sling glizzies on hot buns fresh out the oven with three different topping options. Plattsburgh style, topped with beef chili, yellow mustard and white onion; Elbow Bread style, topped with green tomato chow chow and crispy fried onions; and the classic, topped with spicy mustard, sauerkraut and bialy onions.

A bold, unexpected take on Thai food is coming to Williamsburg this weekend. Londoner Chef Sasha Sarankin, former Head Chef at Chinese Tuxedo, is popping up at With Others with a menu weaved in Thai inspiration. Hat Yai style fried chicken, beef tartare with Northern Thai spices, smoked duck salad with salted plum, Teochow yellow curry with grilled squid, coconut smoked pork collar and more are guaranteed to push any previously conceived boundary of Thai food further.

Freme Craiche is teaming up with Kathskitch, 34° South Alfajores, painter Danielle Simone and more in the LES on Sunday for a pop-up bake shop/gallery. New, never before seen desserts will be on tap so you can indulge in delicious treats while taking in breathtaking, larger than life paintings.
